Do you take commission from my sale? No. We only charge for the space to advertise your item.
How does the buyer contact me? When a perspective buyer views your ad an option “Contact the Owner” will appear. This allows a person to email you through One Note Wonder and will protect your privacy. After the initial contact any further communications between parties is the responsibility of those parties.
Why do I have to pay to advertise when I can advertise for free on other sites? We cater to the needs of those interested in music related items only. This gives us a direct market focus so that your item sells faster. Our goal is for your item to sell. We don’t just sell advertising space we sell a service that benefits both seller and buyer.
How long does it take to sell an item? It all depends on the item, asking price and need. Successful sellers need to be easily accessible to potential buyers and knowledgeable.
How do I know if the buyer is legitimate? It’s impossible to truly know if a buyer is legitimate. The best way to protect your self is to have clear and firm policies when selling or buying. Paypal is one great way to protect both buyer and seller.
How can I avoid a scam? A common scam is to have a potential buyer send a money order in excess of your asking/agreed price. This should be a red flag and be reported immediately to your local authorities and One Note Wonder. Unfortunately scam artists think of new ways to scam people everyday, so you should always be alert to "too good to be true" offers.
How do I price my item? Do your research ahead of time. The internet is a great source to compare your item to a new item. If you price an item close to or higher than a newer model, the likelihood is that your item will not sell to the savvy consumer.
Will you remind me when my subscription has expired? Yes!
What happens then? You will be offered an immediate renewal opportunity.
Can I send my item to you? No. We only offer an advertising service. We do not sell, buy or ship any items.
Can you price my item? No. Our service allows our customers to price their items as they see fit. This gives our customers the chance to get the most for their money because we do not take any commission.
How can I delete my advertisement? All advertisements have an expiration date. If you sold your item you can either delete your ad by going to “My Account” and “Browse Your Listings.” From here you will get a listing of all your currents ads. Be careful to delete only the ad(s) in which an item sold. OR you can let your ad expire.
